Benjamin Newhouse is Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer of Vineyard Global Advisors. A practicing Attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he further obtained the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential, which is available only to CPA’s who have acquired additional specialized competency within various financial management bodies of knowledge.

Benjamin has nearly 25 years of industry experience focused on trust and estate planning, income tax minimization planning, and formulating asset protection strategies.   He maintains several FINRA securities registrations and is licensed to provide services in the areas of Life, Disability Income, and Long-term Care insurance.   He is dually registered with DFPG Investments, Inc., an independent broker-dealer firm serving independent investment advisors, providing him access to specialized non-advisory financial products for clients.

He is a current member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Missouri Society of CPAs, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as a member on numerous boards of directors and as a trustee to a local private college. 

Benjamin received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa.  He resides in the Springfield, Missouri area with his wife Jennifer and their four children.  Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling with his family, skiing, and being an avid outdoorsman.
